Hobby Evolution takes pride in offering some of the best shipping service in the industry.  Most of all orders placed before 12:00pm noon pacific standard time will ship the very same day.  We offer several shipping options that suit our worldwide customer base to ensure quick and reliable shipping.  Delivery confirmation is used via all shipping options

Your shipping costs will be viewable before each checkout so that you will be able to find your best option. 

On larger orders a signature may be required during delivery.  Special requests can be made to release the need of a signature on large orders however.

The following table will give you an idea as to the shipping time for your order to arrive.

(UPS does not ship orders on Sunday, or Holidays.  Saturday at additional charge.)

Important: In our attempts to combat fraud, we can only ship to the credit card holder's billing address. Please ensure you list the billing address *exactly* as it appears on your credit card statement or it may be declined by our merchant bank.

UPS Next Day Air or Next Day Air Saver (1 day) and UPS 2nd Day Air (2 day): Order must be placed online by 12:00pm (Noon) PST (Pacific Standard Time) to receive package the next day for Next Day Air, or in two days for 2nd Day Air. Next Day Air orders received on Friday will be delivered on Monday. No deliveries are made on Saturday, Sunday or UPS observed holidays. Please note that a signature may be required before delivery person can release the package.

If you need to receive your order by a certain date, and are unsure which shipping option to choose, please contact us and we will be happy to help you decide.

 International Shipping

We welcome orders from outside the United States.  Internationals payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.  We list prices in USD only on our website, so conversions are necessary to pay the correct amount for merchandise. 

We use various shipping services to ensure the quickest and most economical shipping methods to all of our valued customers.

Please note: Tracking #’s are supplied within 36hrs of your checkout from our website.  We screen international credit card based orders to combat fraudulent orders and identity theft.

Any custom, duty, or tax fees from your country are your responsibility and are not included in our charges.

There is no United States tax’s on international orders.

All flammable and aerosol products cannot be shipped internationally. 

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available year round through Hobby Evolution.  Simply click on the gift voucher icon.  Once you have signed up and credited a Gift voucher.  You will receive a gift voucher code.  This code is your virtual gift card to use until the credited amount is used up.  We will email the code to the specified person or persons that you ask.   You can also include a message to your gift voucher in which the person receiving the gift voucher will read upon receiving the email. 

Redeeming gift vouchers:  To redeem and use gift vouchers simply place an order as you normally would do, and include the discount code into the discount code input slot.  Your voucher will be deducted accordingly and an update will be sent via email regarding the balance and activity.

Hobby Evolution wants nothing more than your satisfaction with your purchase through us.  Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase through us and your item is New, Unused, and in the Package you may return the item within 30days for a refund or store credit. 

Prior to returning any merchandise you must contact us first and be issued an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).  Without an RMA # your return process may be prolonged.

Warranty Claims / Defective Merchandise

Damaged Package Claims

If your package is damaged upon arrival contact us immediately.  Customers that have damaged packages or merchandise can file a damaged via shipping claim.  File this claim with us directly so that we can help you out and get the best possible result.  You are required to keep all packaging for verification purposes.  If the merchandise is damaged, we usually require that you send us back the damaged part or merchandise as well.

Lost Package Claims

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time and you feel that your package is lost, please contact us immediately.  Customers with lost packages can file a lost package claim directly with us.
