  • FREE International Worldwide Shipping for orders over $40

All orders of $40 and above are eligible for Free Shipping anywhere in the world. For orders below $40, there is a Standard Shipping Price applied depending the Shipping Country Destination.

For United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe* the Standard Shipping is $4.99
For the rest of the World the Standard Shipping is $9.99

  • Procedure and delivery time

We initiate and process all orders on our part within 24-48 hours (2 business days).

Once orders have started the shipping and delivery part, they generally take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive within U.S. at your doorstep. Depending also on different country’s custom restrictions (see "Rest Worldwide Countries" paragraph above), this may take longer.

If though for any reason(s) our suppliers are not shipping to your specific region or country, the order will be canceled from our behalf and the customer will be credited a full refund to the original form of payment they chose to place that specific order. We are really sorry in advance for any inconvenience this situation may cause to you.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed and delivered during holidays and sale seasons.

  • Taxes & Duties

  • We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However, we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay the balance.

    The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. 

    Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

    Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Hobby Evolution™.  We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.


    • Customs & Regulations

    You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

    • Order Tracking

    Most of the orders include a tracking number for you to use throughout the delivery period. Some orders will ship in multiple boxes and each box will have its own unique tracking number.

    A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment providing any available tracking number(s) you have. Visit our “Order Tracking” Page to see the progress of your delivery providing that number(s).

    We ship from multiple warehouses in multiple locations so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to also know the status of your other items you can visit our “Order Tracking” page and check your delivery’s progress by filling any tracking number you may have.


    • Foreign Transaction Fees

    If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing Credit Card Company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

    Our store prices may be shown in your local currency according to your preferences and options selected, but during the Checkout process the price will be displayed and have to be paid in US Dollars ($). All transactions will be handled in USD through PayPal and any other paying gateways at the checkout page.
